Pre requisite knowledge :- All Definition and important terms related to the polynomials.
Teaching aids :- Black board, Chalk, Duster, Charts.
Educational Objective :-
•Basic concept and definition related to the Topic polynomials.
• Explanation of Remainder and factor theorem.
• Relation between zero's and coefficient of quadratic and cubic polynomials.
•Explanation of division algorithms.
•Method of finding zero's of cubic as well as bi- quadratic polynomials.
Topic name and Procedure :- After announcement the name of topic Start the session by checking their previous knowledge, by asking the question related to the topic.
Introduction and motivation :- Teacher will start the session by giving many examples of algebraic expressions. Now teacher will Explain which type of algebraic expressions are called polynomials.
Important definition :-now teacher will explain the important definition like degree , coefficient and zeroes of polynomials.
After that teacher will explain the different type of polynomials on the basis of degree and on the basis of no. Of terms.like linear , quadratic , cubic ,monomial and binomial etc.
Finding zeroes from the graph :- students will be given the knowledge of finding the no. Of zeroes from the graph of polynomials.
Division algorithm :- By taking examples teacher will explain the method of dividing one polynomial by another and their verification procedure.
Expected outcomes :- •After studying this lesson students will be able to explain the relationship between zero's and coefficients
•students should be able to factories quadratic ,cubic and bi-quadratic polynomials and become able to find their zero's.
Students deliverables :- Review questions given by the teacher
.student can prepare the presentation on the topic relationship between zero's and coefficient for quadratic as well as cubic polynomials.
